These pieces in the classic "Filet" or "Marly" style constitute a magnificent testament to the tabletop arts of high-end French hospitality.
Ordered directly by the hotel from the renowned Swiss house BEARD Montreux (founded in 1888 and specializing in premium "Hotelware") as well as from leading French silversmiths, they combine professional sturdiness with timeless elegance.
The Knives (3): 3 table models. Clear engraving "RITZ PARIS" on the handle. Presence of the square warranty mark on the collar and of the oval BEARD stamp on the edge.
The Forks (4): 3 large dinner forks + 1 dessert fork. Engravings "RITZ PARIS" on the back of the handles. Signed BEARD.
The Spoons (6): 2 large soup spoons, 2 dessert spoons (signed BEARD) and 2 small coffee/moka spoons (one particularly notable piece featuring the traditional square weight-mark hallmarked on the bowl).
