Mark Brouwers - Statue, Honda Asimo Robot - 7 cm - Patinated bronze

Honda introduced its ASIMO humanoid robot, designed to walk, run, dance, and even kick a football. The robot was later inducted into the Carnegie Mellon Robot Hall of Fame. Here it is depicted in bronze, ascending a staircase, by the Dutch artist Mark Brouwers. The sculpture comes with the accompanying documentation. It is 10 cm long, nearly 7 cm high, and weighs 248 grams. As seen in the clear photos, there is some corrosion here and there, which is normal for bronze. (this was told to me by a sculptor who works with bronze).
