Decorative ornament - Germany - old fireplace set

Old Fireplace Set with Stand, Utensils and Brass Repoussé Bellows – Vintage (1920s/1950s)
A classic decorative and utilitarian element, with enormous presence and perfect for creating a cozy atmosphere! This is a complete fireplace set with a vertical stand, originally from the mid-century (1920s to 1950s).
The set rests on an imposing three-legged base in worked cast iron, with Rocaille-style reliefs, supporting a turned central shaft with black-painted finishes and gold details. The stand perfectly accommodates the three fire-cleaning and handling tools: a metal ash shovel, a fireplace brush, and a wrought-iron poker with a spiral shaft.
The outstanding artistic highlight of this lot is its original fireplace bellows, made of dark soft leather with copper studs and a copper-tipped brass cone. The front face of the bellows is clad with a superb brass plate richly repoussé and hand-engraved, displaying sunflower and rose floral motifs in high relief. An timeless piece, ideal for rustic-home decor, guesthouses, rooms with a fireplace, or for antique collectors.
