Rated Excellent on Trustpilot.
Two rare pocket bellows cameras from circa 1910–1920 by Murer & Duroni, model Meyer-Görlitz + Sprite 4,5x6, in good overall condition and tested and functioning mechanically.
Description from the seller
Up for auction is a fascinating and elegant vintage lot consisting of two very rare pocket bellows miniature cameras, produced around the 1910s to the 1920s.
The lot is presented in good overall condition, with normal signs of use and storage perfectly consistent with the objects’ century-plus age.
Optics: Both cameras mount their respective original pre-war fixed lenses. The lenses are free of scratches or traces of internal mold and fungi; a normal, widespread and light vintage patina due to time is evident, entirely physiological for a piece of this age, which does not prejudge its historical significance.
Mechanical: The lot has been tested and is mechanically functional in manual operation.
Aesthetics: Good overall condition, as documented by close-up photographs. The metal casings retain their original black leather coverings and original lacquered finishes, exhibiting the classic signs of time, superficial patination and a magnificent historical patina accumulated over their roughly one hundred years of life.
Tracked international shipping, fully insured and professionally super-protective packaging to guarantee maximum safety during transport.
