Vintage enamel advertising sign from the Belgian retailer Louis Delhaize, dating to around 1969, in good used condition with minor signs of aging and spots; measures 24 cm high by 100 cm wide and 0.2 cm deep.

This is a vintage enamel advertising sign from the Belgian supermarket chain Louis Delhaize with the text "Entrepôts Wangenie" The Louis Delhaize brand is a well-known family group of supermarkets and shops founded in 1875 in Belgium. Such enamel signs from the early to mid-20th century served as façade or warehouse indications for regional storage facilities (entrepôts) such as those in Wangenie (a hamlet of Fleurus in Belgium). They are very popular with collectors of old advertising signs.
