Description from the seller
Jim Shore Flintstones Collection - Christmas in Bedrock - Flintstones Sleigh Ride - Christmas in Bedrock, Sleigh Ride with the "Firestones", Fred, Barney and Dino
The dreamily beautiful figurines were created in the "Cottage Style" by master sculptor and painter JIM SHORE. He drew his inspiration from American Folk Art. Specifically for his Folk Art Collection "Heartwood Creek", Jim Shore was named "ARTIST OF THE YEAR" in 2004 by the National Association of Limited Edition Dealers.
The individual pieces are very lovingly crafted, true-to-life, and lively. The originals are carved by Jim Shore. These figurines also have the appearance of carved figures, since the originals were used as the pattern for the casts. These sculptures are thus cast figures, hand-painted, with each one unique.
