Anker 1:24 - Model car - Trabant 601

DDR Anchor Trabant 601 – Series 1 Green in original box (OVP) – Top Condition, Rarity! Anchor Toy Trabant 601 DDR, rare Series 1 (For sale is a true highlight for collectors of historical DDR toys: an original 1:25 scale Trabant 601 from the well-known manufacturer VEB Mechanische Spielwaren Brandenburg (Anchor Toy). This is the rare and sought-after early Series 1 in a bold green with the original packaging (OVP). Special collector features of this variant:
Series 1 details: Early version with the characteristic headlamp rings in body color (green) as well as the separately inserted silver metal radiator grille (not the later, fully simplified plastic front mask).
Color variant: Beautiful, rich green with gray wheels and red interior. The original box features the classic red/green cover illustration – the green model in this box in this condition is rarely found.
Condition of the body: Excellent visually! The extremely prone-to-damage front and rear bumpers are completely intact and solid. No cracks on the roof pillars, the plastic shines nicely and is not yellowed.
Original packaging (OVP): The original carton with the iconic anchor logo is included in the delivery. The box shows age-related storage marks, but is structurally stable and presents the model in the display case perfectly.
Technical function: The flywheel drive (friction-wheel) is present. (Note for you: please briefly add here whether it is “fully functional and starts vigorously” or “only partly / as a pure display model” is being sold.)
A beautiful, authentic piece of East German nostalgia and a real enrichment for any demanding toy collection.
