DAUM – Lorrain Nancy France – 3 Art Deco centerpiece cups – Molded-pressed satin & gilded bronze – 1925-1930

Rare set of 3 Art Deco centerpiece cups, circa 1925-1930, signed in relief “Lorrain Nancy France,” a Nancy production associated with Daum.

Glass: colorless satin-finished/frosted molded-pressed glass, with a superb radiating design of stylized flowers (dahlias).

Mounts: rich gilt bronze work, with openwork handles adorned with scrolls and vegetal motifs, rims and bases decorated.

The three cups form a remarkable matching set in graduated sizes:

Cup 1: Ø 22 cm (glass 16 cm) – H. 7.5 cm – 781 g
Cup 2: Ø 24 cm (glass 18 cm) – H. 9 cm – 896 g
Cup 3: Ø 27 cm (glass 20 cm) – H. 10 cm – 1,331 g
