Description from the seller
Saint Joseph - Le Passage - 2023 (1 bottle)
"A northern Saint-Joseph on the edge of the Condrieu appellation, offering notes of wild berries, redcurrants, sweet spices and violets. Medium-bodied, with silky tannins. On the palate, the berries are crisp, the acidity is lively and the finish is transparent and mineral with a peppery note. Enjoy or keep. (James Suckling 2023). A tasty Saint-Joseph for immediate pleasure.
Note Jeb Dunnuck : 93/100
Syrah - La Rosine - 2023 (1 bottle)
"A superb Syrah!"
"The nose of black fruit, dried thyme and black pepper evolves to a light to medium structure, with crisp fruit on the palate, fresh acidity most pleasant to drink. Enjoy now. (James Suckling 2023). A great start!
Viognier de Rosine - 2024 (2 bottles)
"A well-balanced example of Viognier, Rosine's 2020 Vin de France Viognier has attractive scents of fresh flowers, citrus, apricot and pineapple. It is moderately dense, but silky and refreshing, with a light chalkiness on the finish. Drink young. (Wine Advocate 2022).
Le Temps est Venu white - 2025 (2 bottles)
Le Temps est Venu from the Stéphane Ogier estate stands out for its pale yellow color, which is luminous and brilliant, with subtle golden highlights.
The nose is elegant and refined, revealing aromas of white fruit (pear, apple), delicate floral notes, and a slight mineral touch that adds finesse and complexity. The palate is full-bodied and precise, balanced by a lovely freshness and a silky texture, resulting in a wine that is both elegant and indulgent.
Well known for his Côtes-Rôties, Stéphane OGIER also produces a Côtes du Rhône, available in both red and white. The vines are planted in the southern part of the Rhône Valley in the Vaucluse department, in the Visan region.
Carefully vinified, this white wine reveals the full aromatic purity of the grape variety, without excessive oak, highlighting the freshness and minerality of the terroir.
Food and wine pairings: Le Temps est Venu is best enjoyed as an aperitif, with grilled fish, or with light poultry dishes in a creamy sauce.
