The crystals have the characteristic cubic structure with perfectly defined, repeating stepped patterns (also known as 'stepped growth' or 'skeletal growth'). The color ranges subtly from transparent gray to soft violet and purple hues, depending on the light incidence. Indrukwekkend groot en zwaar exemplaar van trapvormig gegroeid fluoriet uit de bekende regio Balochistan in Pakistan. Dit museumwaardige stuk weegt maar liefst 1816 gram en toont een fascinerende, complexe geometrie.De kristallen hebben de karakteristieke kubische structuur met perfect gedefinieerde, herhalende trapvormige patronen (ook wel 'stepped growth' of 'skeletgroei' genoemd). De kleur varieert subtiel van transparant grijs tot zachte violette en paarse tinten, afhankelijk van de lichtinval. Een prachtig visueel spektakel en een absolute blikvanger voor de serieuze mineralenverzamelaar.
