Description from the seller
English chest of drawers in walnut root with curved front and Cabriole legs (c. 1920) in a classic European style, with Louis XV / Queen Anne influences, recognizable by its Cabriole legs, ornamental carvings and original bronze fittings. In excellent condition.
Early 20th century English piece made in burl walnut/figured walnut veneers of high quality, carefully selected for their symmetrical figure and highly decorative grain. Its design blends Georgian tradition with the Edwardian reinterpretation typical of the 1920s, offering a refined, warm and very elegant presence.
Dimensions - H 77 x W 48 x L 34 cm.
The structure features a bow front, a classic feature of Georgian dressers, which adds dynamism and visual softness. It consists of four graduated drawers, all equipped with original brass or bronze handles, of classic design and balanced proportions.
