Since the XVII century the Giusti family has tended to its Balsamic Vinegar, passing down a recipe that translates into complex flavor harmonies and excellent products appreciated worldwide.

1 BOTTLE "A SILVER MEDAL" 250 ML.
Characterized by a rich aroma and a good, round balsamic acidity, the "Silver Medal" is a highly aromatic product, capable of enriching the flavor of dishes with its intensity. Suitable for both raw and cooked use.
Ingredients: cooked grape must, aged wine vinegar.
Aging: In French oak barrels from 1900 with addition of already aged balsamic vinegar withdrawn from centuries-old cask batteries.
1 BOTTLE "TWO GOLD MEDALS - THE CLASSIC" 250 ML.
A historic product of Acetaia Giusti, “the Classic” is a balsamic with great versatility, for both cooking and direct consumption. Of good density and excellent sweet–sour balance, it is characterized by notes of ripe fruit and hints of licorice and black pepper.
Ingredients: cooked grape must, aged wine vinegar.
Aging: In barriques, with addition of already aged balsamic vinegar withdrawn from centuries-old cask batteries.

Dedicated to the ancestor who invented the recipe at the beginning of the 20th century, it comes from musts of mature and dried grapes. Aromas of plum marmalade and red fruit intertwine with honey and vanilla notes in this balsamic of great density and sweetness, perfect for dressing raw in a variety of preparations, from sweet to savory.
