Service for Tea or Coffee Menphis Bolidismo by Naj Oleari GHINI DESIGN '80

- Read carefully and inspect the entire photo gallery -

Splendid tea and coffee service in the famous Memphis style, designed by Italian architect and designer Massimo Iosa Ghini for Naj Oleari in the 1980s, in green and yellow colors.

NEVER used and displayed only in a showroom in conditions EQUAL TO NEW

The inclusions highlighted in the photographs are not damages but signs of workmanship as testimony to the artisanal manufacturing of the era.

Ghini was drawn to the Memphis group for its bold and nonconformist design. At that time he also designed the sideboard 'Bertrand' and the armchair 'Otello'.

This coffee service perfectly embodies the Memphis style: a bold and colorful design with a touch of originality.

The service is composed as follows:
- 1 coffee pot with lid (16 x 17 x 8.5 cm)
- 1 teapot with lid (17 x 19 x 9 cm)
- 1 milk jug (9 x 10 x 6 cm)
- 1 sugar bowl with lid (11 x 8 x 6 cm)
- 4 coffee cups (7 x 6 x 10 cm)
- 4 saucers (12.5 x 2 cm)

- Exactly as in the photo -

Massimo Iosa Ghini
Founder of the cultural movement Bolidismo and a key figure on the Memphis scene, Massimo Iosa Ghini is a pivotal figure in Italian architecture and design, emblematic in the 1980s. Among his works, his creations for Moroso and for Memphis stand out for the bold use of color and fluid forms, expressing a narrative and dynamic style. Architect Iosa Ghini designs with a language that blends aesthetics, function, and a futuristic vision, balancing art, industry, and sustainability.
