Description from the seller
Natural Kunzite Crystal from Konar Mines, Afghanistan – Radiated Green Colour
This large Kunzite crystal from the Konar mines of Afghanistan has a weight of 151 grams and measures approximately 107 × 40 × 25 mm.
The crystal has a good lustre and high transparency, with a large and impressive crystal form. The crystal is almost transparent, allowing light to pass through the crystal and highlighting its internal structure.
Please note that the green colour is not natural; the crystal has been radiation-treated to produce its current colour. The green colour is not permanent and may gradually fade or disappear with time.
With its substantial size, attractive lustre and transparency, this crystal is well suited for mineral collection and display. Its size and material may also make it suitable for producing cabochons, depending on the desired cutting and the condition of the crystal.
