AI-assisted summary
Description from the seller
Magnificent large vintage advertising mirror honoring the famous Munich brewery Löwenbräu, founded in 1383.
This decorative mirror features high-quality graphic work, proudly displaying the brand's emblematic rampant lion as well as the inscription "Löwenbräu Original" in a royal palette of blues and golds. The upper corners and the lower band are enriched with Baroque ornaments and illustrations of hops and barley, typical of traditional brewing imagery.
The whole is elevated by its original wooden frame with a warm patina.
On the back, the piece retains its original manufacturing label from the Portuguese company José Abel Oliveira, Lda. (Jabelo / Signer), a workshop in Southern Europe renowned for its exclusive production of prestige advertising items and point-of-sale fixtures for counters and taverns.
A collectible piece ideal for completing the decor of a bar, a pub, a kitchen, or for Beeriana enthusiasts and vintage advertising items.
Condition: Very good overall. The mirror has a lovely shine, the silkscreens are perfectly preserved, and the wooden frame is solid (slight signs of use on the back, in keeping with its age, not affecting the piece’s aesthetics).
