Seltmann Weiden - Dinner set (25) - Porcelain - Table service

Magnificent collection of fine mid-century porcelain plates, from the prestigious Bavarian region for porcelain making (Germany).
Each piece is centered with a superb polychrome gallant scene inspired by the works of Jean-Honoré Fragonard, illustrating a Rococo-style eighteenth-century couple.
The rim (edge) of the plate is elegantly accented by a rich frieze of floral motifs and delicate gold scrollwork in fine gold, on a subtly scalloped form.
