Two Spanish silver coins of 100 pesetas from the Franco era with the issuing year 1966 are offered. The coins depict on the obverse the head of Francisco Franco, Caudillo de España, facing to the right with the inscription "FRANCISCO FRANCO CAUDILLO DE ESPAÑA POR LA G. DE DIOS". The reverse shows a quartered shield with the emblems of Castile, León, Aragon, Navarre and Granada as well as the yoke and arrows and the value "100 PTAS". The mint years in the stars are [please enter, e.g., 19-67 and 19-68]. Both coins are made of 800/1000 silver, weigh about 19 g each with a diameter of approximately 34 mm and thus contain around 15.2 g of fine silver. The condition is very fine, with slight patina and signs of wear, and the coins have not been cleaned. Sold are exactly the coins shown in the images; the photos are part of the description.
