candlestick designed by Albert Gustav
Bunge (1893-1967), crafted around the
1920s.
Designer: Albert Gustav Bunge
(Munich / Salzburg)
Signature: Stamped at the base with
"ENTWURF A.G. BUNGE"("Design by
A.G. Bunge".
Design/Subject: Depicts a stylized,
kneeling female figure with a bob
haircut carrying a tray/dish
candle-holder with a central candle
pin.
Material: Polished/patinated solid
brass.
Height: Approx. 12.5 cm
