Frapin Extra Cognac Grande Champagne, 70 cl, 40% ABV, produced in France, original packaging.
Description from the seller
Tasting notes:
COLOR: Frapin Extra displays a beautiful mahogany hue with warm coppery highlights.
NOSE: On the nose, it is very smooth, complex, and evolving, featuring subtle notes of old Port mingled with the scent of wooden cigar boxes—characteristic of aged Grande Champagne cognacs that have undergone very long maturation. Entrancing, concentrated aromas of candied fruits, such as apricot, are perceptible.
PALATE: The palate is supple, mellow, rich, and indulgent, with exceptional length where flavors meld with subtlety and complexity. The notes found on the nose reappear, including the famous *rancio* (oxidative notes) resulting from Grande Champagne spirit distilled on the lees and aged for several decades.
To be savored on its own or with company, creating a special tasting moment cherished by both casual enthusiasts and the most discerning connoisseurs.
An exceptional digestif, distinguished by its fruitiness and finesse.
