A superb terracotta roman mold-made oil lamp. Deep concave discus decorated with a two-handled amphora from which spring stylized vines and buds; single filling hole under the vessel. Surrounded by a broad band of lines and grooves at edge. Decorative scrolling volutes extending from the rounded nozzle. Base ring outlined by one line.

Condition: Surface wear but good condition.
