Sculpture, Lion - Vallauris - 46 cm - Earthenware - 1940

Beautiful decorative sculpture depicting a lion in motion, made of glazed ceramic in a deep, glossy green. The piece has a strong presence, with well-defined musculature and a well-modeled mane, typical of decorative animal sculptures of the 20th century.

Very attractive decorative effect thanks to the nuances of the green glaze and its glossy finish.
