Description from the seller
Mazinkaiser – Venus A – Original animation cel – with 2 backgrounds
Beautiful original production cel depicting Venus A, in the version that appeared in the OVA Mazinkaiser series, produced in the early 2000s.
This incarnation of Venus A features a design deeply renewed compared to the classic version seen in Great Mazinger: sleeker lines, white and red coloration, and the distinctive headpiece with long peripheral elements. In the Mazinkaiser series this Venus A is piloted by Sayaka Yumi and introduced as a replacement for Aphrodite A.
The cel depicts Venus A frontally, in a particularly beautiful and complete pose, with much of the body visible.
Along with the cel there are two different backgrounds:
1 - an original production background, handmade, visible in the photographs;
2 - a second color-printed background, added to allow a different exhibition presentation of the cel.
The presence of the original background constitutes a particularly interesting element for an animation material collector.
