Description from the seller

Regence-style candelabrum
A magnificent, multi-armed bronze chandelier, richly decorated with motifs of shells, acanthus, and rocaille. Its monumental, symmetrical form combines the tradition of French Baroque with the nascent style of Louis XV. France, 19th century, probably the second half of the 19th century.
