Large Art Deco vase model “Dufour” from the Luxval collection of the Verreries Val Saint Lambert. This vase was made in the 1930s and is executed in clear pressed glass. It is a design by Charles Graffart and Rene Delvenne and is described in the Luxval catalog of 1935 (see the last photo).

Height 23 cm – Diameter 15 cm
The vase is signed on the bottom “Val St Lambert Belgique”.
It is in very good condition with very light calcium deposits (see photos).
Air bubbles, glass threads or traces of the moule are typical for the production process of pressed glass at that time. These are not defects but rather proof that this object dates from the 1930s.

The vase is packed very carefully and shipped with track & trace.

Grote Art Deco vaas model “Dufour” uit de Luxval collectie van de verreries Val Saint Lambert.
Deze vaas werd gemaakt in de jaren 1930 en is uitgevoerd in helder persglas. 
Het is een ontwerp van Charles Graffart en Rene Delvenne en staat  beschreven in de Luxval catalogus uit 1935 (zie laatste foto).

Hoogte 23 cm – Diameter 15 cm
De vaas is in de bodem gesigneerd “Val St Lambert Belgique”.
Ze is in zéér goede staat met héél lichte kalkaanslag (zie foto’s)
Luchtbelletjes, glasdraadjes of sporen van de moule zijn typisch voor het productieproces van persglas in die tijd. Dit zijn geen fouten maar juist het bewijs dat dit object uit de jaren ’30 van vorige eeuw stamt.
