We ship using Catawiki's Smart Shipping. We mainly offer music boxes. These music boxes largely come from our own collection and are therefore almost never new. All music boxes have been checked by us and play well. Any deviations or defects are clearly stated in the advert text and in the photos. The photos are also part of the description. Even music boxes up to 150 years old naturally have some damage. We are private hobby sellers. For our used music boxes we can therefore only offer door-to-door warranty. Music boxes can be collected or shipped at your own risk. Music boxes do not like traveling very much. We pack the items carefully and ship them insured. If desired we can make a recording (for example via YouTube) of the music box. Please first check whether a recording is already available by searching for JaWo AmpTech. We try to ship the order on the same day the payment is received. A won lot can be returned within one week without giving a reason, provided it is returned in the same condition. After inspection, the auction fees and the return shipping costs will not be reimbursed and are the buyer's responsibility.
