Set 6 Calici Vintage in Cristallo Lausitzer Glas Rosso Rubino – Motivo Traube (Grapes)
For sale a refined and prestigious service consisting of 6 vintage wine glasses (Hock Glasses) made in fine lead crystal of 24% PbO from the historic German manufacturer Lausitzer Glas (Lusatia, East Germany).
The glasses belong to the iconic series with the “Traube” (Grapes) motif. They are characterized by a splendid deep cobalt blue bowl, finely hand-worked using the traditional cut-to-clear technique (color milled to reveal the underlying clear crystal).
The decoration combines detailed grape clusters and vine leaves, interspersed with elegant geometric sections with star-shaped facets that create exceptional light play. The splendid six-faced stem is embellished with a diamond-cut node, and ends on a circular base with radiating wheel-cut on the bottom.
