Art Deco fine faience vase by Boch Frères Keramis designed by Charles Catteau, Decor D.2334, model F.1271, circa 1930–1938, in excellent condition with only minimal signs of wear and a rare, japonisant five-flower sunburst decor.

Very rare décor and search
Open-neck vase 24.5 cm!
Japonesque decor of five stylized flowers in a sunburst shape, alternating with yellow flowers and ivy.
Neck in burgundy with a single yellow line. Base enhanced by a burgundy ring - Extreme-Oriental style.
Material: Fine faience
Technique: Cast form. Decor with printed contours filled with enamels in two yellows, two burgundy tones, old pink, orange, and mother-of-pearl white.
Applications of enamel without contour for rendering of petals and leaves.
Technique: Cast form. Decor with printed contours filled with enamels on an ivory-white background.
