Villedieu – Hand-Hammered Copper Frying Pan with Brass Handle – France
A beautiful vintage French copper frying pan from Villedieu, Normandy, an area renowned for its long tradition of copper craftsmanship.
The pan is made from solid copper with a characteristic hand-hammered surface and is fitted with a decorative brass handle, securely attached with copper rivets.
The warm patina and visible signs of age give the pan plenty of authentic character.
It is both a decorative piece of traditional French kitchenware and an attractive addition to a collection of vintage copper cookware.
Origin: France
Maker/Origin: Villedieu

Period: Circa 1960s–1970s
Condition: Vintage condition with natural patina, oxidation and signs of age and use, consistent with its age.
