Wedgwood – Grand mixed service in fine earthenware (52 pieces) including Edme Lamp, Teapot, Matching Plates & Cups – England
Exceptional and very diverse collection of 52 pieces in fine earthenware from the famous British manufacturer Wedgwood (Etruria & Barlaston). This set brings together several iconic patterns as well as the famous fluted Edme / Queen's Ware line.
Pieces included:
• 1 Large Wedgwood "Edme" table lamp in fine earthenware with a raised vine motif, glass foot engraved/decorated, and matching lampshade (Base/stand height approximately 26 cm).
• 1 Wedgwood cannelé cream-colored teapot with its lid.
• Square serving plates & presentation plates with floral motifs (Conway, Briar Rose, etc.).
• 1 Strawberry Fruit service including a milk jug, a sugar bowl, and a lidded container.
• Assortment of coordinated coffee/tea cups, saucers, and bowls/dessert plates.
Condition of the lot:
Overall in very good condition, bright and well preserved.
• For transparency: a small glaze chip on the lid button of the "Strawberry Fruit" pot (see detail photo). Light signs of use on some older pieces.
