Very nice lot of two Tintin cars identical to two different scales, representing the famous red Buick Roadmaster appearing in the Tintin album The Red Rackham’s Treasure. The car is inspired by the late 1940s Buick Roadmaster, with its long sleek body, numerous chrome details and whitewall tires.
The lot brings together the large 1:24 reproduction, particularly spectacular for display, and its 1:43 version, allowing two interpretations of the same vehicle from the world of Hergé to be shown side by side.
