This retractable standard lens was re-produced between 1994-2007.
It was updated with modern glass varieties and coatings and has excellent imaging performance.
In the silver-chrome finish, only about 3,000 pieces were produced, making it one of the rare Leica lenses: Rarity: R5-R6.
The offered lens was produced in 1995.
It is a very compact, universally usable travel lens.

Dieses versenkbare  Standart-Objektiv wurde zwischen 1994-2007 erneut produziert.
Es wurde mit modernen Glassorten und Vergütungen ausgestattet und hat eine hervorragende Abbildungsleistung.
In der Silber-Chrom Ausführung wurden nur ca. 3000 Stück produziert, es gehört damit zu den seltenen Leica-Objektiven: Rarität: R5-R6.
