Description from the seller
Tintin – “The Castafiore Emeralds” – The broken 2CV of Thomson and Thompson, The Peugeot 403 & The Peugeot 203 – Lot of 3 vehicles 1:43 – Atlas Editions
Description
Very beautiful set uniting three different 1:43 scale vehicles from the album The Castafiore Emeralds, presented on their original blue bases.
The first model is The broken 2CV of Thomson and Thompson, immediately recognizable by its pale green body and its battered appearance, reproducing with great detail this humorous scene with the famous detectives.
The second vehicle is The Peugeot 403, in dark blue, equipped with its roof rack loaded with suitcases, reproducing another characteristic scene from the album.
The third model is The Peugeot 203, light blue with white roof, shown with an open door and a character aboard.
This lot is particularly interesting for completing a Tintin in cars collection, since it brings together three vehicles and three different staged scenes from the same album by Hergé.
