Very beautiful vanity tray / coupe in pressed glass from the Val Saint Lambert glassworks.
It is a design by Charles Graffart and Rene Delvenne for the LUXVAL catalog of 1935.
The model is Noémie (see the last photo at the bottom right).
This coupe is made in a rare blue color.
At the bottom the coupe is signed "VAL ST LAMBERT BELGIQUE".
The coupe is in excellent condition with hardly any signs of use.
It does contain air bubbles and small imperfections typical of pressed glass from the interwar period.
