Lamp - Brass, Chrome, Metal

I am selling here a beautiful and unusual vintage table lamp made of chrome and brass. I have the lamp in duplicate and therefore only need one specimen.
The lamp comes from family ownership. Unfortunately my grandmother can no longer be asked today when and where she bought the lamp. Therefore I cannot provide definite information about the exact origin, the original purchase, or the manufacturer.
It resembles French lamps in the Space Age or ministerial style. The underside bears a Drouot label. In comparable listings the name 'Drummond' is sometimes mentioned; I cannot confirm a definite attribution for this lamp.
I have tested its function! And it works flawlessly!
I am putting the lamp up for auction and hope that it will find a collector.
Private sale with exclusion of liability for defects. No returns.
