This large, hand-painted wall plate from Royal Delft (De Porceleyne Fles), Delft, Netherlands, dating from 1972 (year code CR) features an elegant bird of paradise in classic Delft blue, surrounded by finely detailed floral motifs.
The plate is on the back with the original factory mark, the painter's mark “B.”, and the official year code CR for 1972. Also preserved are the original factory label “De Porceleyne Fles Delft – Holland 9001” as well as a historic German dealer label from Jünemann – House for Table Culture, Weender Str. 74.

Diameter approx. 35.3 cm, height approx. 4.3 cm, weight approx. 1,475 g. With hanging cord.
