Offered: a rare, specially made piece for the 50th anniversary of the company A.S. in Germany, this Rictus Art Deco mail/letter scale. On this letter scale the name Rictus is not indicated as such. On the back is the patent number D.R.P. 384478 listed, as well as the logo of Ph. J. Maul. Also notable is that this letter scale has a marble base.

The letter scale dates from the Art Deco period around 1930 and is made of metal and brass.
Scale: 0 to 250 grams.
The letter scale is in good condition but there are clearly visible signs of use.

Aangeboden: zeldzame speciaal gemaakt ter gelegenheid van het 50-jarig bestaan van het bedrijf A.S. in Duitsland, deze Rictus Art Deco brievenweger. Op deze brievenweger is de naam Rictus niet als zodanig vermeld. Op de achterzijde staat wel het patentnummer D.R.P. 384478 vermeld en tevens het logo van Ph. J. Maul.  Bijzonder is ook dat deze brievenweger een marmeren basis heeft. 

De brievenweger dateert uit de Art Deco periode van rond 1930 en is gemaakt van metaal en messing. 
Schaalverdeling: een van 0 tot 250 gram.
De brievenweger bevindt zich in een goede staat maar er zijn wel duidelijk gebruikssporen zichtbaar.
