AGEMA Thermovision 470 PRO – Thermal imaging camera with extensive accessories and transport case

Professional thermal imaging system Thermovision 470 PRO from AGEMA Infrared Systems AB, Sweden, presumably from the 1990s. The camera is used for non-contact visualization of heat distributions and temperature differences, for example in the investigation of buildings, electrical installations, machines and technical components.

Rugged construction with mounted infrared objective, electronic viewfinder, carrying handle and side hand strap.

Functions and operation:

STO / RCL: Save and recall recordings

FREEZE: Freeze the thermal image for review

ISO: Isotherm display to highlight certain temperature ranges

LEVEL / SENS: Setting display level and sensitivity

Menu navigation buttons and AUX auxiliary function

PC-supported analysis with appropriate software and compatible hardware

Comprehensive scope of delivery: AGEMA Thermovision 470 PRO with lens and viewfinder, sturdy transport case with customized foam insert, Kodak DC50 Zoom for normal comparison and documentation images, various connection and spiral cables, power adapter and additional accessories as per photos. Also four labeled software diskettes, an additional disk package and detailed documentation: “Thermovision 400 Series – IRwin”, “Thermovision 450/470 PRO Series – Operating Manual” as well as documentation for IRwin 2.0.

Condition: The thermal imaging system functions flawlessly. Signs of use consistent with age, with scratches and partly noticeable paint wear on the camera housing as well as wear on accessories and case. A current calibration is not documented. The historical software requires a suitable computer environment.
