AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

Very pretty collectible piece.

The Longwy earthenware works was founded in 1798 by Boch and Nothomb in Lorraine. It is one of the rare French porcelain factories of the 19th century still operating today.

Stunning plate from the 1930s with cloisonné enamels in a floral motif, treated in slip (barbotine) to give a slight relief, offering a japonized décor accentuated by very colorful flowers, and highlighted by a band, giving it a chic look.

Stamped Emaux de Longwy, a rare piece, hand-decorated, a fine example of French know-how.

Diameter: about 22.5 cm.

In very good condition for its age, no restoration, just a small chip and a hairline crack, quite normal for its age... see photos, thank you.

Please look at the photos and dimensions which are part of the description. Note that objects appear enlarged in the photos to observe every detail and any flaws. Colors may be slightly different depending on lighting.

I also want to point out that the objects are perfectly packaged and shipped as soon as payment is received. As for delivery issues or delays, I am not responsible, unfortunately. Some buyers forget too often that the couriers are not the sellers. Thank you for your understanding.
