British Commonwealth - Mauritius 1938/1953 - George VI - Lot of 33 Mint Stamps (MH) including High Values (5R and 10R)

Mauricio (1938-1953). Excellent specialized set of 33 new stamps (MH, with hinge marks) from the two definitive series of King George VI.
• First series (Profile): 18 stamps with important duplicates for color-variant study and the high values of R2-50 (x2), 5R (x2) and the maximum 10R.
• Second series (1950 pictorial): 15 stamps forming the complete landscape and industrials series, including all high values in Rupees (1R, 2.50R, 5R and 10R).
Catalogue: Stanley Gibbons range SG 252/263 and complete series SG 276/290. Good overall condition with original gum and visible colonial watermarks on the reverse. See photos.
