231009 – MTO 20€

Large and heavy Art Deco vase model ‘Cubis’ from the Belgian glass factory Verreries de Scailmont (Manage, Belgium).
The vase is finished in a very rare green color.
This cubist vase features the clean, angular Art Deco lines that are characteristic of the modern pressed glass designs produced under the supervision of Henri Heemskerk, head designer at Scailmont from 1924 to 1951.
The vase is signed in relief at the base with “Fait en Belgique”

The vase shows air bubbles, crosshatching and imperfections that are typical of the pressed glass production process of that time. These are not flaws but rather proof that this is an original object.
The vase is in very good vintage condition.
Photos are an integral part of the description.

Height 21 cm - Diameter 17 cm

The vase is packaged with the utmost care and shipped with track & trace.
