Large professional Wegro frying pan, made of heavy copper with a stainless steel interior and a long riveted brass handle. The thick copper wall ensures quick and even heat distribution. The pan also features a practical pouring rim, allowing liquids and sauces to be poured out easily and in a controlled manner. The stainless steel interior is durable, easy to maintain and makes the pan practical for everyday use. The copper shows clear signs of years of use, which testify to a true culinary history and give the pan a nicely lived-in character.
