Minolta Dynax 505si Super & 28 – 80mm / F 3.5 – 5.6 AF Zoom

The set is in excellent condition.

A. Dynax 505si Super
This 35mm autofocus single-lens reflex camera was released by Minolta in 1998. It has the same camera body as the Minolta Maxxum XTsi (American market) and the Minolta Alpha Sweet (Japanese market).
The electronically controlled shutter has a speed of 30s to 1/4000 of a second. The camera has a built-in flash.
It can use DX-encoded films with speeds of 25 to 5000 ISO.
Its features are the 9 programs for different exposure preferences and the eye-start function: autofocus starts working when the viewfinder is brought toward the eye. This eye-start function is a feature on this “Super” version of the 505. Another difference with the normal 505 is the bayonet ring. On this Super version this is a sturdy metal ring. Finally, the possibilities of Multiple Exposure are more flexible than on the normal 505si.
