Spectacular and rare original vintage design lamp from the Dutch firm Herda, an icon of Space Age aesthetics and late 70s/80s postmodern style.

It is popularly known as the Saturn Table Lamp or UFO Lamp due to its Space Age-inspired look. Its most characteristic feature is the large transparent glass disc that splits the top metal dome from the support rods. Its design is directly inspired by the work of designers such as Robert Sonneman.

Unique and versatile design:

Although this model was originally conceived as a ceiling pendant lamp, its spectacular symmetrical design and flat base have led many interior design enthusiasts to use it directly as a sculptural table or floor lamp. You choose how it looks!

High-quality materials: Solid metal frame in satin black and a thick central ring of transparent tempered glass.

Lighting effect: When switched on, light refracts along the glass edge, creating a floating halo or Saturn9 rings.

Approximate measurements: 28 cm high x 25 cm in diameter.

Condition: In very good vintage condition, the glass is pristine and the wiring works perfectly.
