We are in fact considering one of the 940 commemorative bottles of Cognac Bisquit VSOP produced on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of E. Giaccone's Salò Whisky Library Garten 1958 - 1978.
Edoardo Giaccone, known as the Salò moustache, was certainly the first and one of the greatest Italian distillate collectors and selectors ever.
His bars in Salò and Porto Cervo housed one of the largest collections of whisky and spirits of all time. True rare pieces that were dispersed among various collectors around the world when he disappeared.
Every now and then some specimen miraculously reappears on the market. This one is an example.
