Description:
A rare and elegant bottle of Grappa di Sassicaia Poli, produced by the historic Poli Distillery in collaboration with Tenuta San Guido (Sassicaia).
This grappa is obtained from the pomace of Sassicaia wine and carefully distilled using traditional methods. It is then aged for approximately 4–5 years in French oak barriques, followed by a refining period in barrels previously used for Sassicaia wine, giving it remarkable complexity and structure.
This example dates back to the 1990s early release, recognizable by its classic transparent bottle .
A highly collectible Italian spirit, appreciated for its connection to one of the most iconic Super Tuscan wines.
