Bang & Olufsen - Beomaster 5500 type 2331 Solid state stereo receiver

Bang & Olufsen Beomaster 5500. The Beomaster 5500 has received a service.

This is the brain of the 5500 system. It can be connected via Datalink to the turntable, cassette deck and CD player. Other brands of hi-fi equipment can also be easily connected.

The 2 x 60 watt / 8 ohm tuner/amplifier delivered real hi-fi quality. Bang & Olufsen's Automatic Power Handling Control system prevents overloading and distortion, regardless of how many speakers are connected.

You can store up to 20 stations on the tuner, after which the frequency synthesizer automatically searches for and fine-tunes the stations. The result: excellent reception of longwave, medium wave, and FM bands, and impressive ease of use.

The Beomaster has been used and shows signs of wear, but looks good for its age. The photos are part of the auction and show the cosmetic condition.
