K&A Krautheim Selb Bavaria - Table service (55) - Porcelain - Antique first-course service, 1900s.

The porcelain service is a classic and elegant dinnerware set made by K&A Krautheim Selb Bavaria, Germany. It features a sober design with a refined double gold edge and a thin cobalt blue band, and the very high quality of fine porcelain. This type of dinnerware harks back to the sober, geometric style typical of the early 1900s, with clean shapes adorned by hand-applied filaments of solid gold. Krautheim is historically renowned for the very high quality of its white porcelain, very durable and glossy. The mark on the bottom confirms that the manufacture date of the set falls in the pre-war period between 1922 and 1945.

The set consists of:
- 20 flat plates, about 23 cm each
- 10 deep plates, about 23 cm each
- 10 dessert/fruit plates, about 17 cm each
- 1 large soup tureen with lid, with a worked knob and loop handles
- 1 large oval serving tray
- 2 serving dishes or small oval trays
- 1 sauce boat with its serving spoon
- 10 egg cups

Good condition with minimal signs of wear.
