Stunning Art Deco champagne cooler, made for the house "De Castellane" founded in 1895 in Épernay, near Reims.

Lovely vintage piece, the cooler features an inset plaque with the inscription: "CHAMPAGNE DE CASTELLANE", rendered in white enamel letters.

The bottom bears a stamp placed by the maker: ARGIT, Made in France.
ARGIT is an authority in champagne coolers and supplies to almost all the major houses.

Original, honest old piece from the 1940s, with character, experience and age.

Virtually impossible to find, very rare, making it a true collector’s item.
A particularly charming piece, in excellent condition.

Schitterende Art Deco Champagnekoeler, gemaakt voor het huis "De Castellane" opgericht in 1895 te Epernay, vlakbij Reims.

Fraai vintage exemplaar, koeler is voorzien van een opgelegde plaquette, met het opschrift : "CHAMPAGNE DE CASTELLANE",uitgevoerd in witte emaille letters.

Onderkant is voorzien van een stempel geplaatst door de maker : ARGIT, Made in France.
ARGIT is een autoriteit op champagnekoeler gebied en levert aan vrijwel alle grote huizen.

Origineel eerlijk oudje uit de jaren '40, met karakter, ervaring en leeftijd.

Vrijwel niet te vinden, zeer zeldzaam, waardoor een echt collectors item.
Bijzonder charmant exemplaar, in uitstekende staat.
