• Preservation history: This model comes from the private collection of a meticulous adult Ferrari enthusiast. It has never been displayed, never handled, and has remained strictly protected from light, UV, and dust.
• Exclusive first release: The miniature was taken out of its original packaging only once, solely to take the photos for this listing. It was immediately returned to its case after the shoot.
• Flawless display case: The original box, the display base with the nominative plaque, and the plexiglass dome are in strictly mint condition.
Important note about the photos: The detailed shots attest to the impeccable condition of the lot. The few bright lines or whitish reflections visible on the plexiglass or the silver body are solely due to light refraction during the shoot (studio). The model shows no scratches or alterations.

HISTORY AND DETAILS OF THE REAL MODEL
The Ferrari 612 Scaglietti "15,000 Red Miles Tour" celebrates one of the greatest reliability feats in modern Maranello history.
In 2005, Ferrari launched an extraordinary challenge: to drive two 612 Scaglietti production Ferraris across China over a distance of 24,000 kilometers (15,000 miles). Crossing passes over 4,000 meters high, the Gobi Desert, and brutal roads, the cars demonstrated the incredible robustness of Italian engineering.
This miniature version wears the specific Metallic Gray livery of the tour with the official sponsors’ decals and stickers from the raid. Under the hood of the real GT lay the noble 5.7-liter normally-aspirated V12 producing 540 horsepower, propelling this rolling salon to over 320 km/h. Looksmart faithfully captures the presence of this mythic 2+2 coupe that has entered the legend of the great automotive raids.
