An attractive specimen of Turbo marmoratus, the renowned Green Turban shell, collected in the waters of Antsiranana, northern Madagascar. This large shell displays beautiful natural shades of emerald green, turquoise, olive, and cream, creating a striking and highly decorative appearance.
The exterior surface exhibits pronounced growth lines and sculptural undulations, enhanced by naturally attached serpulid worm traces and marine encrustations that testify to the shell's life in its natural environment.
